1. How do I attach the sleeves?
   
   Keep in mind that this style allows you to custom fit your dress to your body. Have you ever had a problem with sleeves that won't fit your shoulders or give you room to move your arms freely? Now with the It's Modest sleeves you don't have to worry about those things any more.
   Most girls safety pin the sleeves to their dresses! They are all very happy with the look of the sleeves. If you prefer a more permenant fix, some girls hand stitch the sleeves into the dress - it only takes them about 20 minutes to do this.
   
   
2. Can I return the sleeves?
   
   Once you place your order for sleeves, it is a final sale - no returns, no refunds, no exchanges due to the fact that each order submition is very unique to each customer.
   
   
3. Do you have a store?
   
   Yes, we are located at 215 W. 940 N. Suite #2 Provo, Utah 84601. We are open by appointment.
   
   
4. What is your Return Policy?
   
   At It's Modest, we want our customers to have a positive experience. Dresses can be returned within the guidelines below:
   There is a 15% restocking fee and the dress must be authorized to be returned within 48 hours of initial delivery. All tags must be attached and dress returned never worn.
   For Example: You ordered a dress that was $329, but you decide the color was wrong. You must immediatley call the shop and leave a message that you would like a return authorization number. We will contact you that day to issue you the return authorizartion number and the package must then be returned within 48 hours of the initial tracked delivery date and time.
   You must pay the return shipping and you will receive a refund less 15% of the original purchase price. In the example above, the customer would have received a refund of $279.65 for the $329 purchase.
   
   
5. How much is shipping?
   
   Ground Shipping is FREE, and usually takes 5 - 7 business days. If you would like to expedite your order, please select the QUICK SHIP option and the order will be sent via 3-day UPS for an extra charge.
   
   
6. How do I pick a size?
   
   Refer to the size chart on the individual dress pages. It is important that you order the dress that fits the bust portion of your body. Each dress is unique and to get a perfect fit, most dresses required some alterations.
   
   
7. How do I order a dress?
   
   We do all of our payments and ordering through Google Checkout. At this time, we do not accept any other forms of payment. The Google Checkout links are available on each page of the individual dresses, and the jewelry page.
   
   
8. Why do you only have six popular styles?
   
   Right now, It's Modest is a growing company and in order to offer the best service and beautiful dresses, we sell only the best of what the market has to offer.
